El diputado Morel Rodríguez Rojas se hizo la semana pasada de nuevos "amigos", y posiblemente de allí venga, la información que hoy presentamos y la cual fue verificada de forma independiente por Reporte Confidencial, al llegar hasta la mismísima puerta del despacho de abogados, que se señala representó al diputado opositor en la compra de un inmueble, con un precio que ronda entre los 300 y 400 mil dólares norteamericanos, en la ciudad de Miami.

El diputado ha anunciado un programa radial especial en la emisora ENCUENTRO 88.7FM, ubicada en la ciudad de Porlamar en la Isla de Margarita, para responder por la compra del inmueble.

Esperaremos por la respuesta de Morel Rodríguez Rojas, quien es diputado de la MUD por el estado Nueva Esparta e hijo del ex gobernador Morel Rodriguez Ávila, quien por otra parte, se ha enfrascado recientemente en dura pelea con su otrora partido AD, debido a que la tolda blanca excluyó de la plancha opositora, a otro hijo del ex mandatario regional, quien aspiraba repetir como concejal por el municipio Maneiro de la región insular.

Los precios en ese edificio de acuerdo con la publicidad del inmueble, rondan entres los 427000 US$ y los 3 millones de US$. Ver descripción del rascacielos en idioma inglés. 

A continuación los documentos y fachada de la firma de abogados donde posiblemente se firmó toda la operación inmobiliaria.

La presunción de inocencia nos obliga a esperar por la versión del diputado, y advertimos que esta operación nada tiene que ver, en su inicio, con la supuesta compra del diputado 99, es decir el parlamentario que desde la oposición le faltaría al sector oficial en la Asamblea Nacional, para lograr aprobar la Ley Habilitante solicitada por el Presidente Maduro hace dos días.

El suplente de Morel Rodríguez Rojas es el ingeniero Héctor Mata, del partido MRA, el cual supuestamente corresponde con las siglas de "Movimiento Regional de Avanzada" pero en realidad es el acrónimo de Morel Rodríguez Avila (MRA).

Descripción del inmueble en Inglés 

900 Biscayne Bay is a skyscraper in Miami, Florida, United States. It is located in northeastern Downtown, and forms part of the Biscayne Wall, a series of skyscrapers visible from Biscayne Bay along the west side of Biscayne Boulevard. It opened for residential occupancy in early 2008. The tower is 650 feet (200 m) tall and has 63 floors.[5] The building currently stands as the 4th-tallest building in Miami and in the state of Florida, behind the Four Seasons Hotel Miami, Southeast Financial Center andMarquis Miami. It also stands as the 2nd-tallest all-residential building in the city and the state. 900 Biscayne Bay is located across the street from Ten Museum Park, another recently completed Miami residential high-rise, near Bicentennial Park andAmerican Airlines Arena in northern Biscayne Boulevard. It is also adjacent to the Park West Metromover station. The tower is part of the series of skyscrapers along Biscayne Boulevard known as the Biscayne Wall. Originally planned to rise 712 feet (217 m) and 65 floors, the building went through a height reduction during its construction, with a decorative rooftop spire and two floors being removed from the final plans.[5]

The 1.5 million square foot (139,000 m²) tower will have 516 residential condominiums and 800 parking spaces. There are eleven typical units on each of the lower floors, with two-level townhomes and penthouses on the uppermost floors. The bottom three floors will consist of a three story lobby, retail shops, restaurant and outdoor café. Units range in price from $427,000 - $3,000,000 (2005 USD). The three storey main lobby is located 18ft above the ground and there is a separate porte cochere entrance and lobby for the offices.

The architect designed the facades so as to have a perfect view of the Bay, by angling the building in the right proportions. The rooftop of 900 Biscayne Bay looks as if it were disturbed by wind.

Post-tensioned slabs with concrete shear walls and columns (up to 12 ksi strength) comprised the primary structure, but other aspects for this project required innovative and creative analysis (e.g., site settlement during construction, creep/shortening analysis of vertical members and effects on slab levelness, quantifying creep and designing slabs between shear walls with the goal of eliminating pour strips.) The primary structural design for this project was performed in less than 3 months in order to meet overall project scheduling needs.
